Hot Spaghetti and Subs To Go!
Seeking support for our Quick Service Italian Takeout! We are a husband and wife team that has opened the first franchise of By The Bucket (www.bythebucket.com) in Colorado. We offer hot spaghetti, subs, salads and more!
We are looking for staff that is exuberant, positive, and can bring off the charts customer service to our guests (check out or 5 star reviews on Google). We receive orders via online/call-in/walk-in, and there is no in-room dining so all orders are for takeout only.
Responsibilities of Crew Manager/Leader (FT):
Oversee staff
Involved in staff hiring and training
Inventory / wholesale ordering
Cash management
Key holder
Cleanliness! Both in the shop and personal appearance
Provide a welcoming guest experience!
Work on the floor to prep food, per order
Ensure proper food preparation and daily tasks
Ability to adapt to an evolving menu
Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Responsibilities of Crew Member (FT/PT):

Qualifications:
Previous experience in food service or other customer service fields
Strong customer service skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal skills. We are looking for someone that exudes energy and positivity! Someone that can really get to know the guests
Strong attention to detail
Familiar with Toast POS is a plus!
Crew leader is able to lead crew members in a firm but respected manner, while maintaining a fun work environment
The pay is $16+/hour + tips; hourly depending on experience. Tip pool is based on hourly percentage per day.
